Geo-ICT Enabled Issuance of Land Occupancy Certificate

We collaborated with the UN Office of Information and Communications Technology to deploy an advanced GIS-based solution for the issuance of Land Occupancy certificates. With the help of a location-based mobile utility, the system allows for seamless online and offline data collection, which is then transmitted to a powerful GIS server for verification against baseline maps. 

The streamlined approach not only simplifies the process of issuing occupancy certificates but also aids policymakers in making informed decisions about urban planning and development by providing them with accurate property information.
