Gamification App For Citizen Participation in Improvement of Urban Services

We created the "Mu City Savior” mobile App - a revolutionary mobile-app-based household survey that empowers citizens to participate in the maintenance of Bhubaneswar Smart City's urban drainage infrastructure. By playing a mobile game, City Saviours can easily report real-time location-based information about drainage congestion and flooding to the municipal authorities, helping to prevent waterlogging and keep the city safe. It can also help in revenue parcel integration and validation of tenability.
