It was in 1999 when SPARC's capabilities reached new heights, demonstrating unrivalled expertise in Satellite Image analysis, Spatial Data Analysis, and Location-based Information. In a time of unprecedented devastation caused by the calamitous Odisha Super Cyclone, SPARC stood as an unwavering pillar of support, aiding the government with their invaluable knowledge and unwavering commitment. As time unfurled, SPARC's dominion extended to various domains, fortifying their prowess with RS and GIS applications for Agricultural planning in 2000, followed by the grandiose pursuit of large-scale spatial data generation for Urban Areas in 2001.
